JB Builders is crafting a modern farmhouse designed to embrace its surroundings—from the wide-open skies above to the tree-lined ridges just beyond the backyard. This home isn’t just being built — it’s being placed, with intention. Framed by nature, the layout is anchored around the landscape, prioritizing natural light, long sightlines, and quiet moments. Oversized windows and outdoor living spaces will allow the homeowners to take in every sunrise, sunset, and storm front that rolls through.

Challenges & solutions

• Remote build site: JB Builders coordinated site access and staging with limited infrastructure while maintaining project momentum.
• View-first engineering: The foundation and framing were adjusted to ensure living spaces capture the best possible angles of the property.
• Site prep & drainage: Grading was carefully managed to preserve natural runoff while supporting a large footprint on uneven terrain.

Outcome (planned)

Once complete, the home will be a peaceful, high-end sanctuary with vaulted ceilings, a central entertaining space, a beautiful kitchen, and tiered outdoor areas that overlook the surrounding hills. Designed for privacy and permanence, this is a legacy home in the making.
